Join us at Focus Personal Fitness on

Thursdays at Noon

for a fun and motivated fitness class. This class is a 45-50 minute Yoga Class customized to the participant's needs! Show up on your lunch break (you won't sweat too much!)

Trainer Jonathan MacCaul will lead the session. Jonathan is an experienced Yoga instructor, Martial Artist and Strength and Conditioning Trainer.

Your first class is Free!

Take the South-facing stairs to the lower level entrance and find Focus Personal Fitness at the end of the hall. We look forward to seeing you!
