for a fun and motivated fitness class. This class is a 45-50 minute Yoga Class customized to the participant's needs! Show up on your lunch break (you won't sweat too much!)
Trainer Jonathan MacCaul will lead the session. Jonathan is an experienced Yoga instructor, Martial Artist and Strength and Conditioning Trainer.
